With the dawning of a new day approaching in just a few more hours I wanted to take time to recognize the many revelations that we often forget in each day. It takes a revelation to wake us up and activate our minds and bodies to perform functions such as showering, stretching, meditating, exercising, eating or whatever your routine consists of at that time. It takes a revelation to put your mental thoughts into gear that are aligned with your goals of the day. Yet the biggest revelation for me each day is that I am in control of my actions. The revelation is opening your eyes to the possibilities that will occur versus the distractions that we allow to impose on our lives.
We spend countless hours focusing on other people's revelations instead of creating and understand our own. What use is it of ours to know about someone else's best when we could produce our own personal best and celebrate? The funniest revelation in all of this is that we spend time with other people's revelations and then complain about their own outcome for instance: Why did she wear that? What did she sing that song for? The should have...; I was expecting them to do..., and I could go on. Do we focus on other people's revelations so that we can criticize their worth or value in our own beliefs? If you find yourself doing this regularly I suggest that you take some time to spend some moments with just yourself and determine how to create your own revelations that will make you proud. The feelings of achieving that success will far out weigh any thoughts of something that is not your own.
What is your revelation for the day? Mine is getting closer to the truth!
